Class booking terms
Cancellation policy
As a small, independent studio with limited spaces, classes are non-refundable and cannot be moved to another date.
Because Cleo is capped at just 10 students per class, every booking really matters — a late cancellation means that spot often can't be filled. We hope you understand, and we always recommend booking a class you know you can make.
Accessibility
As Cleo is a home studio, the space is accessed via a staircase and isn't wheelchair accessible or suitable for those unable to manage stairs. We want everyone to feel comfortable before booking, so please do reach out with any questions about the space.
Equipment
Everything you need — mats, blocks, straps and bolsters — is provided, so just bring yourself. Feel free to bring your own mat if you'd rather, but it's never necessary. All equipment is cleaned regularly.
